Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $75. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship from different warehouse locations. You may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and delivery time. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be announced on our website.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Insurance
All orders include insurance against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Rural Delivery
Delivery to rural addresses may take additional time. Some remote areas may have limited service availability.
Signature Requirements
Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified at checkout if a signature is required for your order.
